Advanced Composites Group Ltd. (ACG Ltd.) and Advanced Composites Group Inc. (ACG Inc.) offer a range of prepreg, film and liquid resin products that have been developed for the cost-effective manufacture of high quality aerospace components. ACG’s product range now includes materials for low-pressure/low-temperature (out-of-autoclave) moulding, resins and films for infusion of dry fabric performs, including prepregs for the more traditional 120˚C (250˚F)/180˚C (350˚F) autoclave processes.

This guide has been structured to assist existing and prospective customers in the selection of products for specific process and end-use performance requirements. In addition, ACG has been actively working with airworthiness authorities to develop detailed procedures for the provision of an approved ‘public domain’, design-allowable database. The objectives of this database being the reduction in both cost and timescale for certification of components manufactured with new materials.
