Composites Industry Territory Sales Manager - Midwest/North-Central USA

Advanced Composites Group Inc. (OK) and J.D. Lincoln Inc. (CA), rapidly growing businesses within the composites industry, are looking for a dynamic individual to develop their combined, strong customer base in the Midwest/North-Central U.S. territory.  This is a field-based role that will require the successful candidate to operate from home.

The position, which necessitates working for both companies, will involve considerable travel within the territory to strengthen relationships with existing customers, as well as visiting prospective clients to develop new sales opportunities. Occasional travel outside of the territory will also be required for sales meetings and industry events.

Candidates should have bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, i.e. Business, Engineering, Material Science or related topic, and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of outstanding sales achievement. A sound knowledge of high-performance composites, preferably in aerospace or a similar high-technology market sector, will be beneficial to the candidate, as will knowledge of continuous fiber-reinforced material and/or film adhesives.
